You will benefit from a DEDICATED contact person at our Agency from the moment the sales mandate has been signed, right up until the signing of the final sales agreement (“acte authentique”).

3. Agreement on the selling price
As soon as a potential client expresses an interest in ACQUIRING your property, we transform that INTEREST into a WRITTEN OFFER. We will have previously established the initial details concerning the proposed financing arrangements.
If this offer retains your interest, we will ask for your AGREEMENT in WRITING, within the period stipulated in the offer.
Once this has been validated, we will contact the respective notaries acting on your behalf and on behalf of the buyer, in order to collect the relevant documents to prepare the PRELIMINARY AGREEMENT (“avant contrat”).
4. Preparing the preliminary agreement and follow-up of the sales process
All our PRELIMINARY AGREEMENTS are authenticated by a NOTARY. We follow every stage in the procedure right up to the SIGNING of the promise to sell agreement (“promesse de vente”). The ALUR law requires us to collect numerous documents for the drafting of this agreement. It is therefore IMPORTANT to prepare ALL the required documentation as soon as the decision to sell the property has been taken.

5. Signing the final agreement (“acte authentique”)
The FINAL AGREEMENT (“acte authentique”) is a REITERATION of the preliminary agreement. It sets out and endorses the change of ownership. As a general rule, there is a period of 3 to 4 MONTHS between the AGREEMENT on price and the SIGNING of this final agreement. This period may of course vary, particularly if there are no conditional clauses related to financing.
